Bayloff Stamped Products’ New President Brings 30 Years’ Leadership Experience

Bayloff PresidentBayloff Stamped Products is proud to announce that Scott Maly has joined the company as president. He brings decades of operations and manufacturing experience to Bayloff, continuing the company’s leadership in the highly competitive global automotive supply industry.

“Bayloff’s solid engineering and manufacturing base, along with its reputation for almost heroic customer service, gives us the capability and foundation to become a truly global competitor,” said Maly.

Along with high-level leadership, Maly brings over 30 years of manufacturing and operations experience to the company. His achievements include the implementation of the Toyota Production System, quality improvement initiatives and material cost improvements through the use of alternate materials.

Prior to Bayloff, Maly honed his leadership skills as Chief Operating Officer of American Plastics Group, Keter. He also served almost two decades as president of Toyoda Gosei Fluid Systems Corp US (TGFSUS), a $100 million manufacturer of plastic fuel systems for the automotive industry. His leadership in quality, cost improvement and team member engagement was the key to success at TGFSUS. As its president, Maly doubled sales while maintaining recognition as an industry leader in quality, delivery and program management.
